The SOC Ministry
The Saving Our Children a.k.a. SOC Ministry offers the opportunity for children in the New Mt. Zion community to enhance life skills and fill some of the gaps that might be in our school system or in their family life. The children invest 2 and a half hours of their Saturday morning with a staff of dedicated volunteers who manage some of the programs listed in the next paragraph.
In addition to addressing life skills and academic work, the staff encourages the children to participate in other church ministries including the Youth Choir, Youth Ushers, Family Night Bible Study and the Drill Team. |
